Non-smoking restaurants and cafes in Novi Sad

Serbia restricts indoor smoking in public venues, but enforcement is uneven and many cafes still permit it. In Novi Sad, as in the rest of Serbia, the ban is often treated as advisory rather than binding, particularly in smaller cafes and traditional establishments.

Novi Sad is an inland city in the northern province of Vojvodina and Serbia's second-largest urban center. Its center is compact and walkable. Cafes and restaurants are concentrated around Trg slobode, the main city square, and along Dunavska street, a pedestrian route connecting the square toward the Danube embankment. The Exit music festival has raised the city's international profile, but day-to-day cafe culture follows the same kafana and coffee-house patterns common across Serbia.

The directory currently lists 228 verified non-smoking venues in Novi Sad. The map lets you browse them by area.
