Opening No Smoking Map in Telegram automatically creates an account for you, and by using the service you agree to this. You may also sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account, and accounts that violate these terms may be suspended. See the Privacy Policy for what data an account holds and how to delete it.

User content

By submitting reviews or venues, you grant No Smoking Map a non-exclusive license to display this content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. To have content removed, send us a request.

Data accuracy

Venue information is provided by contributors and imported sources. The project does not guarantee its accuracy. Smoking policies may change — always verify on site.

Prohibited use

• Submitting spam, fake reviews, or misleading information
• Deliberately providing false venue data
• Harassing other users or abusing the platform
• Automated scraping or data extraction without permission

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for users who violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
