Non-smoking restaurants and cafes in Novi Pazar

Serbia restricts indoor smoking in public venues, but enforcement is uneven and many cafes still permit it. Novi Pazar is an inland city in the Raška region of southwestern Serbia with a majority Bosniak population, giving it a distinctly different cultural character from most Serbian cities. Turkish coffee culture is prominent here, and cafes serving Bosnian-style coffee alongside burek and other pastries are common throughout the city center. Restaurants and cafes are concentrated in the city center around the main pedestrian area and the old bazaar quarter.
